Ótimo hotel! Excelente localização, limpeza, conforto, espaço e atendimento. O café da manhã fica um pouco congestionado, mas tranquilo.

Dos hotéisda rede Marriott em que ficamos,esse foi o que menos gostei . Quarto pequeno, escuro . Não voltaria 😩.

Really Good Hotel near the intersection of 5th Avenue and 37th street in NYC. This hotel is at par with the top notch hotels. I loved the hospitality and commitment of the staff. Awesome and comfortable rooms. Gym in the basement. Nice outdoor seating. This one is strategically located in the middle of the city to give a chance for anyone to visit maximum places. Whether it's Time square, Empire State Building or Central Terminal, they are just couple of blocks away. A perfect place for NYC Travellers.👍👍👍

I stayed there for over two weeks and guest service is decent no breakfast due to Covid.

Great location. A easy morning walk to Central Park, with a noon time spent people watching. Such a wonderful staff who was attentive to all my cares

This hotel is terrible. First, I am a Marriott member and have stayed at many Marriott hotels before and never experienced any problems. I had checked in and within 3 minutes of being in the room I had to leave. There was a moldy smell and made me feel very sick and the bedding appeared very moist and was not fully dried and the bed springs could easily felt and it was disgusting. I let the hotel know that I was leaving and they come up to see the room, the "manager" said "you will get all your money back but it will not be immediately". A few days later I called hotels.com to see the status of the refund and they told me the manager told them that I stayed at the hotel the entire stay and that I cannot get any refund. I call back to the manager at the hotel and they said because I was in the hotel (for 5 minutes), they told hotels.com I stayed at the hotel. Overall: very shameful customer service in a hotel that needs a lot of work. Very embarrassing for Marriott. Avoid this dump.

I stayed here for a week in mid June but forgot to go back and rate it. Was my first visit to NYC and this hotel and the staff made it a perfect trip. VERY CLEAN! And the location central to most every stop I had planned to visit. I was a little disappointed that they were no longer offering valet parking (I had to drive to a garage a few blocks away) but all other positives made up for it. I would absolutely recommend staying here and I will absolutely stay here the next time I visit NYC.

O pior café da manhã que já comi. Tudo industrializado, Até o ovo tem açúcar, sem contar que vem tudo embalado em plástico, um ABSURDO a produção de lixo desnecessário, descaso total com o meio ambiente.

From the location, to the actual room itself to the staff, everything was top notch! We have stayed in more than enough 4 & 5 star hotels and I would put the customer service at this hotel up against any of those, any day! Prior to the stay the general manager reached out to us, which was impressive. The staff at the front were all very welcoming. Guy was very attentive and assured that nobody that shouldn't be at that hotel was getting in the front door. Safety was his top concern and it was obvious, not to mention he was super friendly and welcoming as well. The housekeeper we bumped into couldn't be any sweeter. Not to mention the fact that when I went to locate her as I had a question, she was on her hands and knees cleaning in a different room. She was the sweetest person I'd ever encountered. Overall, you won't be disappointed in staying here. The location is spot on. The staff and service was spot on. THANK YOU for your hospitality.

This place is fine, good location walkable to Penn station or the empire state building. Staff is nice. No real breakfast options due to covid, but there is a great cafe about a half block away (cafe 47 or something). The hotel has security/doorman making sure you are staying at the hotel when you walk in, I thought was a nice touch. Patiently waited for me to fish out my key card. It is a reasonable hotel with nice NYC rooms located right in midtown. Recommend!

El Hotel está muy bien ubicado. Las habitaciones son pequeñas, pero reservamos con desayuno incluido y al llegar nos dijeron que no tenían desayuno.

Our experience overall was great! Even though our room overlooked a construction site, we didn't hear any noises (might have been due to the weekend?). The front desk people were nice and helpful. But more importantly, the two housekeeping ladies we encountered were great! We asked for some extra sanitizing wipes and they provided them immediately with a friendly attitude. Everything in the room was clean as well.

Hotel é um pouco caro, mas dentro dos padrões de NYC. O café da manhã é simples e bem honesto.Excelente localização!!! É possível ir a pé para Times Square e relativamente perto do metrô!!!

Excelente ubicación, buena atención y muy limpio. Las habitaciones son confortables y si tienen suerte como nosotros, con una vista hermosa del Empire State.

Excelente ubicación cerca de los jardines de la biblioteca pública de NY, de times square y de la 34 donde se encuentran todas las tiendas. Con desayuno incluido y habitaciones cómodas u bien equipadas

La ubicación muy buena. el hotel moderno y las habitaciones justo con lo necesario. El desayuno flojo y poco variado. Por inclemencias del tiempo nos hemos tenido q quedar dos noches mas y no nos han ofrecido un precio concorde con lo que reservamos sino a tarifa del dia y nos ha tocado irnos a otro hotel.

Fui a New York con mi familia, éramos cuatro personas en una sola habitación con dos camas dobles. Para destacar: La limpieza de la habitación fue muy buena y sus empleados muy amables y disponibles a toda inquietud. La vista desde nuestra habitación era soñada!; Un día se activo la alarma de incendios y tuvimos que evacuar de emergencia, cuando se controló el asunto enviaron una carta pidiendo disculpas por el problema muy atentamente. Lo único negativo es que no tienen servicio de cama extra y que las puertas de los baños de la habitación son de vidrio, lo cual nos incomodó un poco la convivencia. Por lo demás, la ubicación, la limpieza y la atención excelentes.
