Hotel bom em Nova York, com uma ótima localização por um preço justo, com quartos bastante confortáveis e limpos.

Hotel bem atual, com atendimento muito cordial! Os quartos possuem camas confortáveis. A localização também é ótima, próximo das principais ruas para compras.

Hotel moderno,limpo. Boa localização.Só o sistema de ar é barulhento q não ajuda. Mas o microondas e pequena geradeira embutida no armário ajuda muito Qdo estadia mais q 3 dias

A localização é excelente, permitindo que se faça muitas coisas a pé. O quarto é pequeno porém confortável. Permitiram nossa entrada antes do horário de check-in, porém era época de baixa temporada. No check-out pudemos deixar nossas malas no hotel, sem custo.

Equipe muito atenciosa, quarto lindo, ótimo atendimento. Além disso, a localização do hotel é fantástica(fica na Rua 46, entre a 5a. e a 6a. Avenidas,muito próximo da Times Square. Dá para fazer tudo a pé. ). Também destaco o hotel por ter guardado, com segurança,todas as nossas malas (e não eram poucas!) após o check-out, sem qualquer custo. Gostaria de elogiar especialmente a pessoa que nos ajudou na saída,com nossas malas e que chamou o táxi para nós (pena que não marquei seu nome; ele é muito atencioso, gentil e animado!) e também ao Kennedy, que sempre respondeu prontamente aos meus e-mails. Um outro ponto positivo desse hotel é a "lojinha (ajudou bastante) e também o fato de possuir um restaurante (pago à parte). Fiquei encantada ao chegar no quarto e ver a TV com a mensagem de boas-vindas e, embaixo, o meu nome. Quando eu voltar a Nova York, quero me hospedar novamente nesse hotel.

My fiancé and I booked a 5 night stay at the hotel and not once did we get our room cleaned, fresh towels, or washcloths. We asked the staff on multiple occasions if we could get new towels sent up to our room, and each staff member assured us that someone was going to come and drop them off, but no one ever did. The frustrating part is that we were told, upon check-in, that due to COVID we needed to talk to someone at the front desk to have the request arranged... which we did, and it was never done. Another issue was the trash. We were on the 30th floor and the trash by the elevator was over flowing, leading to trash accumulating around the bin. This was a very disappointing experience and overpriced with all things considered.

Teníamos reservado un hotel de nueva apertura de la cadena que finalmente no abrió y nos reubicaron en este hotel al mismo precio que teníamos contratado. Muy buena ubicación, esta a 5' de Times Square y del Rockefeller Center. Zona muy turística, con mucho transito de gente y coches pero desde nuestra habitación (planta 13) no se oía nada. Tamaño de la habitación bien, cama cómoda y baño bastante nuevo y limpio. Personal de recepción bien, aunque algunos ofrecen mejor atención que otros.No tienen servicio de desayuno, la cadena nos ofreció unos vales de desayuno para pedirlos a un sitio cercano. Tardan bastante (entre una hora y una hora y media), la calidad esta bien pero hay poca variedad y no hay ninguna opción "saludable" . Para una estancia tan larga se hacen muy repetitivos.Durante nuestra estancia (10 días) no limpiaron la habitación, ni cambiaron las toallas/sabanas.

Not very good... The rooms are ok however there is no housekeeping everyday since they lost people due to Covid. However they said someone would clean the rooms every 3 days and that never happened. Also when you asked for towels or toilet paper is hot or miss. Sometimes you get them on the first try but sometimes you have to ask several times.

We made reservations for this hotel back in January of this year for a trip in August. We asked a question recently about our up coming stay (3 weeks before arrival). We received a notice back that the hotel had closed. They never informed us of the closure. There website says nothing about the hotel being closed. If we had not contacted them we would have shown up for our stay at a closed hotel. Now we are booking to stay at a different hotel at twice the cost since we are booking 3 weeks out. How they can close a hotel and not tell customers is outrageous. If I could give negative 5 stars I would. DO YOURSELF A FAVOR AND STAY AWAY FROM THIS HOTEL COMPANY.

My stay hasn't been pleasant at all. My mom and I booked a five day stay and we are only staying one night. When my mom and I checked into our room, I sprayed everything down to sanitize the room. When I went to sanitize the bed I noticed that there was a bug in the bed. Thankfully my mother told me to take a picture. When I spoke to the manager he was very dismissive which is poor customer service. They changed our room but the housekeeper did a rush job. It wasn't her fault, she was technically off. The second room had hair on the toilet lid and when we opened the toilet there was more hair. I have never been more disappointed in a hotel. The staff needs a refresher training on customer service. This is a trying time for everyone and a hotel should be an enjoyable experience.

Realmente Nuevo, con Habitación moderna, baño moderno, MAxima altura 21 piso, amplitud de habitaciones depende de cual te asignan no todas tienen el mismo tamaño incluso hay 2 vistas: trasera a unos edificio de ladrillos o a la calle principal 46! Resepcion y hall pequeños pero resolutivo. Personal no todo Agradable solo algunos, el resto muy serios, cansados de clientes y de siempre desempeñar el mismo trabajo , repetir lo mismo a miles de clientes! se nota el carácter anglosajón y la alegría del carácter latino . Recomiendo este hotel por su ubicación y alguna habitación (La acabada 13 la más pequeña trasera como todas las impares) pero no por su calor humano ni simpatia, casi no hablan por no gastarse

My fiancé and I stayed here during our Christmas vacation in 2018 and we loved it. Within walking distance of Times Square, we loved being so close to everything. The staff at the hotel were very welcoming and friendly. Our room was exceptionally clean and homey. Decent prices for the location and we didn’t feel ripped off. We will be staying here again on our next trip!

When arriving for check in it was an extremely long wait. Waited about 40 minutes total for the 2 families in front of us to check in before we were able to approach the desk. The front desk staff were not very inviting or pleasant. We were told our room was not ready and had to return in 45 minutes which was 430pm. We returned at 430 pm and was told again that our room was not clean yet. We sat in the lobby for another 20 minutes before our room was finally ready for us to check in. The room itself was quite nice. The bed was comfortablethe balcony was cute and the bathroom was clean. But for the money paid we should have been able to check in on time and the staff could have been a bit more friendly and welcoming.

My room was clean, recently renovated and looked new. The king size bedroom was tight but I was in an out for business so that was not an issue. Bathroom was nice, glass wall/door shower, all was newly finished. Parking was validated for SP+ parking next door so that knocked off +$50 from my stay and made it worthwhile. I ate at the restaurant next door connected to the hotel lobby so didn't have to walk out in the cold, food and atmosphere was decent.

Moderno. Todo nuevo. Pero la relación precio calidad es mala. Ni agua te dan para usar la cafetera de la habitación. Ni agua de obsequian cuando haces el check in o que te dejen en el frigobar. No tiene desayuno. Lo bueno es la ubicación. Al personal le falta predisposición para quienes no hablamos inglés.

Gran ubicación del hotel, su personal es muy amable pero solo hablan inglés. Un punto malo es que no cuentan con bodega de maletas y si uno quiere dejar encargándolas debe enviarlas al edificio de enfrente con un cargo adicional de 2,50 por hora por maleta!!! Lo cual me parece demasiado!

Excelente ubicación, la mejor cualidad. Los empleados de recepción son muy amables y atentos pero no hablan español. La habitacion que me dieron era algo pequeña pero era cómoda. Poco espacio para ropa en el placard. El baño amplio. Muy limpio todo. Muy bien precio. Buena televisión y servicio gratis de wi fi. Volvería sin duda.

Me encantó el hotel, las instalaciones y sobretodo la ubicación. Estuvimos de luna de miel y creo que fue nuestra mejor elección.Eso sí, en recepción no hablan español y con algunas recepcionistas es bastante difícil entenderse, cosa que quizás debería mejorar.
